Shipping policy

Orders placed at Guapa are shipped via Ship2U and CTT, the carriers responsible for delivering your order to the address you provided at checkout.

On the day your order is shipped, Guapa will send you an email confirming dispatch, along with the tracking number, so you can follow the delivery status.

Shipping Destinations

Guapa ships only to:

  • Mainland Portugal

  • Portugal – Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira)

  • Spain

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1–4 business days

  • Portugal (Islands): 4–7 business days

  • Spain: 4–7 business days
