The information or data provided by the customer will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, the customer consents to the processing of said information and data and declares that all information or data provided is truthful and corresponds to reality

Use of our website

By using our website and/or placing orders through it, the customer agrees to:

1. Use this website only to make legitimate enquiries or orders.

2. Not place any false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that an order of this nature has been placed, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.

3. Provide us with their email address, postal address, and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately. You also consent to our use of this information to contact you if necessary (please consult our Privacy Policy). If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we will not be able to process your order.

By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Service availability

The items presented on this website are available for delivery within Portugal (mainland and islands) and Spain.

Contract formation

To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure and click on "Authorize Payment," after reading and accepting these Purchase Conditions. By doing so, you enter into a purchase contract with us (the “Contract”). You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). You will also receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped (“Delivery Confirmation”).

Product availability

All product orders are subject to availability. If there are any difficulties regarding product supply or if items are out of stock, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability and refund any amount paid by you within 30 days.

Delivery

Without prejudice to the clause above regarding product availability, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will attempt to send the order containing the products listed in each Delivery Confirmation before the date indicated in the respective Delivery Confirmation, or, if no delivery date is specified, within 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

However, delays may occur due to any of the following reasons:
• unforeseen circumstances; or
• delivery area issues.

If we are unable to meet the delivery date for reasons beyond our control, we will notify you of this and give you the option to continue with your purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund, without prejudice to any other rights you may have under applicable law.

In any case, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

According to these terms, the order will be considered “delivered” when you or a third party designated by you is physically in possession of the products, proven by signing the delivery receipt at the address provided.

Inability to deliver

If you are not at the delivery location at the scheduled time, we ask that you contact the carrier to arrange delivery for another day. Please note that if the product is not delivered within the stipulated timeframe, you may be charged storage fees and fees for new delivery attempts.

Transfer of risk and ownership of products

The risk of the products passes to the customer from the moment of delivery. The customer will acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping charges, or at the moment of delivery, whichever occurs later.

Price and payment

The price of each product will be the one stated on our website at any given time, except in the case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur.

If we detect an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any amount paid will be fully refunded.

We are not obligated to provide any product at an incorrectly lower price (even if we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the price error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as an incorrect price.

The prices on this website include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount.

Prices may change at any time, but (except as set out above) such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Multibanco reference, or Mbway. All purchases, once placed, have a payment deadline that depends on the chosen payment method. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the validity of the purchase is not guaranteed.

Value added tax (VAT)

All purchases made through this website are subject to the applicable Portuguese Value Added Tax (VAT) rate.

Intellectual property

The customer acknowledges and agrees that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the materials or content provided as part of the website are, at all times, owned by us or those who have granted us the license for their use. The customer may only use such material in the manner expressly authorized by us or by the licensors.

This does not prevent the customer from using this website to, when necessary, copy information related to their order or Contract details.
